OUR PHILOSOPHY

We create a space where children learn because they genuinely want to — not because they are forced to. They gradually learn to take responsibility for their actions, decisions, and the way they treat others.

We work in close partnership with parents, while recognising that school should not replace the role of home. At Libera Nova, learning grows naturally from curiosity, trust, and meaningful relationships.

1. Choice and Responsibility

We don't believe in forcing performance. Instead, we guide students toward taking ownership of their learning, behaviour, and relationships. We believe that strong relationships and the example set by the adults around them create the most meaningful foundation for growth.

2. Partnership with Families

We see education as a shared journey with families, while recognising that the role of home and upbringing belongs primarily to parents. Children who join Libera Nova come from families where respect, cooperation, and basic values are already nurtured at home.

3. A Safe and Calm Environment

We create an environment built on calm, respect, and space for deep focus. The atmosphere of the school matters greatly to us, and behaviour that repeatedly disrupts this sense of safety and harmony does not belong in our community.

Pro začátečníky

Pro děti a rodiny, které vstupují do jiného způsobu vzdělávání poprvé.

Tento prostor je určen dětem, které se učí orientovat ve svobodnějším prostředí, hledají vlastní rytmus a postupně přebírají odpovědnost za své učení i chování.
Důraz klademe na vztahy, základní pravidla spolupráce, vnitřní motivaci a bezpečný rámec, ve kterém se dítě může nadechnout a růst.

Rodiny vnímáme jako partnery a počítáme s postupným společným laděním očekávání, tempa i způsobu práce.

Pro pokročilé

Pro děti, které chtějí jít do hloubky a převzít větší odpovědnost.

Tento prostor je určen dětem, které už mají zvládnuté základní principy respektu, spolupráce a samostatnosti a chtějí se učit více do hloubky.
Pracujeme projektově, v souvislostech a s vyšší mírou autonomie. Děti se učí plánovat, nést důsledky své práce a rozvíjet vlastní směr.

Vhodné pro rodiny, které hledají dlouhodobou cestu a jsou připravené nést odpovědnost společně s dítětem.
